At Compton Ridge Clothiers, you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.

Condition of Returned Items:

We accept returns on items that are in their original, unworn, unstained and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, altered, or soiled.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that clearance items, undergarments, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return and Exchange

Exchange only items:

Crystals, candles, bath and body (unopened and unused), wax melts and any other burnable products can only be exchanged.

In-Store Returns:
.
You may return or exchange items at any of our Compton Ridge Clothiers store locations. Simply bring the item along with the receipt to the store, and our staff will assist you with a quick and easy return or exchange. (Items that have been worn, are stained - makeup, deodorant etc, will not be returnable.)

Online Returns:

For items purchased online, returns can be made by:
Completing the return form included in your order.
Securely packing the items in the original packaging, if available.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Compton Ridge Clothiers is not liable for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the items at Compton Ridge Clothiers. Your bank may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, especially for online purchases, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures that you receive your new item quickly and that it is in stock.

Defective Items:

If you believe an item is defective, please return it to Compton Ridge Clothiers either in-store or by mail for inspection. Contact our customer service at info@comptonridgeclothiers.com or call us at 719-483-5017 with details of the issue. If deemed faulty, you may receive a refund or replacement.

Process Times
We process orders on Tuesday & Wednesday, giving me the rest of the week for shop maintenance and product development. If you need your order to go out faster for a special occasion and a rush upgrade is not available for the product you purchased, please contact us via text or webchat and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We know that you are anxious to receive your order and we are super excited about getting it to you! You can find rush upgrades or product listings for most of our items.

Special Request
If we are out of your favorite product, please contact us. We should be able to give you an estimate on its production and relisting schedule. As far as special requests go, please do not hesitate to ask, if we have access to supplies and the time, we are happy to make special items or large quantity inventory for events.
